In case of any payment disputes or chargebacks raised without prior discussion or resolution attempts, Book Your Brands reserves the right to terminate all ongoing services and take legal or collection action if necessary.

It is the client’s responsibility to clearly communicate their requirements, provide all necessary content, and approve progress at various stages. Lack of communication or delayed responses from the client will not be considered grounds for refund.
