No Refund Policy

At Book Your Brands, we take pride in delivering high-quality digital marketing and video editing services. Due to the nature of our work, which involves creative input, time investment, and strategic execution, all payments made to us are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

1. No Refunds

Once a payment has been made, no refund will be provided under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the creative output.
• Change of mind after payment.
• Partial use of services.
• Failure to use the services within a given timeframe.
• Delays due to incomplete briefs, lack of material, or non-responsiveness from the client side.

2. Advance Payment Requirement

All services require 100% advance payment before any work is initiated. No service will be delivered without full payment confirmation.

3. No Cancellations

Once the project has commenced, cancellation is not permitted. If a project is voluntarily canceled by the client, the payment will be forfeited.

4. Disputed Payments

In case of any payment disputes or chargebacks raised without prior discussion or resolution attempts, Book Your Brands reserves the right to terminate all ongoing services and take legal or collection action if necessary.

5. Client Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to clearly communicate their requirements, provide all necessary content, and approve progress at various stages. Lack of communication or delayed responses from the client will not be considered grounds for refund.
