Client Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Book Your Brands from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services or any breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vasai Court. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Vasai Court.
Integration: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Book Your Brands regarding the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether written or oral.
Rework Policy: Book Your Brands reserves the right to deny rework if it does not meet the standards or policies defined by the respective company or platform. If the client insists on proceeding with rework that does not meet these standards, it will be deemed the client's responsibility.
